Notice on the amendment of the General Terms and Conditions for electronic services bizBox of ZZI d.o.o.

We would like to inform you that the new General Terms and Conditions for electronic services bizBox are in force from 01/02/2024.

The new General Terms and Conditions are published at www.bizbox.eu/splosnipogoji
A brief description of the changes:

- updating the definitions of terms
- added possibility of concluding a subscription relationship by authorization
- user acess of the company is changing to the bizBox platform access
- additions to the Subscription Agreement (6.1)
- added obligation to accept eDocuments in the eMailbox (7.2.)
- added bizBox contacts
- amended Violations (8.2)
- added chapter Business Secrets (10)
- added place of data storage and processing - in the Republic of Slovenia (Personal Data Processing Agrement, Article 10)

You are deemed to agree to any changes if you continue to use the Services despite the implementation of the changes.

If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to withdraw within 30 days from the implementation of the change without a notice period, without paying the costs of termination of the subscription relationship and without a contractual penalty.

This right does not affect and does not interfere with the due and unpaid obligations of the clients and the obligation to fulfill the contractually agreed obligations of the clients.
